Community-Based Research
In our experience, good design defers to communities that have first-hand experiences, and first-hand pains. Our research process uncovers, synthesizes, and reports on these.
Co-Design
If possible, we coordinate the participation of affected communities in the design process. Otherwise, we advocate for and represent the community voice.
